I called into Mr. Electric of Cincinnati West and was greeted by Greg. He was super polite and asked how he could help. He walked me through rewiring this antique fixture in my dining room and got me through mounting it with no issues at all. Greg's team is the best! Mr. Electric are responsive, dependable, professional and work with a sense of urgency. Mr. Electric is our dedicated electriation from now on. We had an emergency outage day before New years Eve. Greg responded to my request within minutes, and the crew came out to my house within 2 hrs. We were out of state, and Greg kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. We later on has to work with insurance and Greg provided all the paper work, and even talked to our insurance to help us get the coverage. James and Nicolas worked day and night on the new years Eve and New years day to help get the electricity back.
