I called into Mr. Electric of Cincinnati West and was greeted by Greg. He was super polite and asked how he could help. He walked me through rewiring this antique fixture in my dining room and got me through mounting it with no issues at all. Greg was extremely helpful and patient and I will definitely be using him and his team again in the future!!

Greg's team is the best! Mr. Electric are responsive, dependable, professional and work with a sense of urgency. Mr. Electric is our dedicated electriation from now on. We had an emergency outage day before New years Eve. Greg responded to my request within minutes, and the crew came out to my house within 2 hrs. We were out of state, and Greg kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. We later on has to work with insurance and Greg provided all the paper work, and even talked to our insurance to help us get the coverage. James and Nicolas worked day and night on the new years Eve and New years day to help get the electricity back. We were able to spend the new years Eve at home all thanks to Nicolas and James's hard work.

We had a bad wind storm, a tree fell on my neighbors property and it managed to completely rip out the power supply to our building. James and Nick came out and assured me that they could fix it in a timely manner. That was an understatement! They were so kind, professional and caring (I have a mentally disabled child and they understood my frustrations) they had my power supply reconnected to the building and the power back on by the very next day! (NEW YEARS EVE!) Saving me a TON of money on food and shelter expenses (due to cold temperatures outside)! Hero's in real life don't wear capes, they do their jobs with compassion for others. James did a super job. He went above and beyond to replace the outlet for my oven. Also, he changed difficult to reach light bulbs in my stairwell and upgraded the light switch. Finally, Greg efforts to find time to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment on a busy holiday weekend. I appreciate both of them and the work they did. More importantly, I felt like they treated me as if I were part of their family.

Greg was amazing at communication along with being very friendly and helpful. Nick did an amazing job on our project. He was very professional and was willing to answer any questions. I have another project coming up soon and I am without a doubt going with Mr. Electric again.

Nicholas Ledford the electrician did a great job. He was very careful to do the things I agreed to because there were specifications that were a bit tricky. He was neat and thorough.

This was the second time using Mr Electric and was very pleased with my experience felt very comfortable with Nick in my home and felt no pressure to do more severes done than what I asked very happy with there company

James was very thorough and informative. He went above and beyond. Answered all my questions and did great work. He cleaned up his work area which was nice.
